Sherman Property Management, Inc. is a full service management firm based York, PA. Founded in 1998, Sherman now manages more than 500 units in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Sherman has increased its customer base by extending its area of operations and by offering expanded services.
In its early years, our organization focused on management of properties in downtown York, PA. Now Sherman manages properties in both Pennsylvania and Delaware. Although our firm has grown to manage larger properties, we still offer quality service to individuals who own only one house or a few apartments.
While the company initially specialized in management of apartments and homes, Sherman now also manages condominiums, town homes, executive housing, luxury homes, and commercial spaces. Additionally, our professional staff has forged relationships with top local realtors and H.R. executives who routinely provide referrals.
Sherman has grown rapidly due to a relentless focus on customer service. Our friendly staff consistently goes the extra mile to make sure owners and tenants are satisfied. One other advantage Sherman has over the competition is that our staff is experienced at managing apartments financed with tax credits, a skill that most property management firms lack.
Sherman now manages properties in Pennsylvania and Delaware for more than 52 different investment groups. Most owners are local, but some of these groups are based outside of Delaware and Pennsylvania in states that include California, Washington State, Texas, Illinois, Florida, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and Maine.
